Clawstrophobia

Death Dungeon

Six players wake up alone in a dungeon none of them can see. You can: the stream shows the real map. Eight rounds. One demon. The best map-maker wins.

The goal

Draw the map

The dungeon is a 6×6 grid. Every player keeps a notebook and writes down each room they reach. After round 8 they hand it in: most correct cells wins.

The dungeon

Walls, doors, numbers

Some cells are solid walls. Rooms connect only through doors, so two rooms side by side may not connect. Room numbers are random: room 8 can sit next to room 36.

A round

Four beats

  1. 1Everyone moves, one at a time. The host tells them the new room and its doors.
  2. 2The demon wanders 1–2 rooms at random, straight through walls.
  3. 3Everyone assembles and talks. Lying is allowed.
  4. 4Sounds: anyone with something in the 8 cells around them heard it. Never what.
Danger

The demon, and ghosts

Share a room with the demon and you die. You come back as a ghost: you walk through walls and see more, but you can't win.

So ghosts trade. A devil contract sells what a ghost knows for up to half of a living player's final score. Nobody learns the terms until the end.

Everything else

Meetings and item rooms

Two players in one room get to talk: trade notes, or lie. Some rooms hide a question: answer right and take an item, answer wrong and it's gone.

And the rules can change as the game goes on. You'll hear it when it happens.

On stream

What you're looking at

The true map (left) is the real dungeon: every player, the demon, every door. The big grid in the middle is only what the current player has written down, mistakes included. The queue shows who moves next; the event box shows what just happened.

Questions? Ask in chat. At the end, every map and every contract is revealed.
